I was open-mouthed excited this morning to see that my frame post was featured on Love2Upcycle. Is featured the right word all you blog-savvy people out there? Highlighted maybe? Whatever it was, it was crazy cool. I’m flattered.
And the 4th of July weekend… I hope yours was great! 100+ years ago Katharine Lee Bates climbed Pikes Peak in Colorado and wrote the poem that we now sing as America the Beautiful. Oh, yes, yes, she is! I was spoiled this weekend. My sister lives in picturesque Montrose, Colorado and hosted our family of six for a few days. Insane Jeep rides, mountain lakes, delectable ice cream, National Parks, movies, Telluride, cousins and that was just part of it. Oh ya, and I SWEAR I saw Ralph Lauren by a horse. My mind was cleared and my creative juices renewed. Funny how nature does that to me.every.time.
I hope this summer ya’all take some time to explore this America the Beautiful! (hey, I warned you I was cheesy)
Happy Creating!
