It’s done, well… almost, I have a LOT of yard work to do when we turn the sprinklers back on… but I am happy with the change in the home’s exterior. Here is the before (photo used from the listing) and after:

It’s like a different house! Just to review, the four projects are:

1. Paint garage doors (Sherwin-Williams paint)
2. Rustic shutters
3. Makeover exterior lighting
4. Stain front door

Here is the cost breakdown:

1. Garage doors: quote $450. Cost approx $175
2. Shutters: quote $425. Cost $22.
3. Lighting: quote $70/each, $350. Cost $6.
4. Front door: quote $125. Cost $17.

Total curb appeal professional quote $1,350. A little DIY and the total cost was $220. A savings of $1,130!
